• Client-Side Processing: The vast majority of our tools process your files entirely within your web browser using client-side technologies (JavaScript, Canvas API, WebAssembly, etc.). In these cases, your files never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We have no access to or visibility into the content of files processed client-side.
• Server-Side Processing: In cases where server-side processing is required (for certain AI-powered tools or complex conversions), files are securely uploaded using encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), processed immediately, and automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing completion.
• No File Retention: We do not retain, store, archive, or back up any user files after processing is complete. Once your file has been processed and the output has been delivered, no copies of the original or processed file remain on our systems.
• No File Access: We do not access, view, read, analyze, or share the content of your files with any third party. Your files are processed automatically by our software without human review or intervention.

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
